• FIFTEEN MINUTE CHAIR MASSAGE $30
  This massage is done while seated in a special massage chair while fully clothed. It is great for someone who is not comfortable laying down on the massage table and wishes to only have their upper body massaged. Typically this session includes the neck, mid back, low back, arms, hands, and if you like it can also include the scalp. 
• THIRTY MINUTES $60

  A customized session, specific to a problematic area. (This could be a chair massage, a Myokinesthetic session, or a mix of cupping and bamboo massage.)

• THIRTY MINUTE CHAIR MASSAGE $60
  This massage is done while seated in a special massage chair while fully clothed. It is great for someone who is not comfortable laying down on the massage table and wishes to only have their upper body massaged. Typically this session includes the neck, mid back, low back, arms, hands, and if you like it can also include the scalp. 
• FORTY FIVE MINUTES $70

  Focuses on a specific muscular region (such as neck and shoulders)

   

• SIXTY MINUTE $80

  Typically a full body relaxation style massage for stress reduction. Or, if you have an area that needs extra time and attention, you can eliminate a certain area of the body and have that time given to the tight region.

   

• SIXTY MINUTE Prenatal massage $80
  Relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches, and swelling. Reduces stress on weight-bearing joints, encourages blood and lymph circulation, and helps to relax tension. Performed in side lying and supported with cushions. 
• SEVENTY FIVE MINUTES $95

  This is typically a full body massage,  plus extra time to work on a troublesome area such as your neck or back. 

   

• NINETY MINUTES $110

  90 minutes, customized to your specific needs. A great mix of pain management and stress relief allowing you time to reconnect with yourself, mind, body, spirit.                                                                                                                               

   

• ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) minute massage $135
  One hour of the session addresses relaxation of the muscles through sensory neurons with a lighter touch working from the end points of the muscle fibers to the middle. This allows the body to relax at a faster rate when followed up with a more traditional style of massage for the last hour.
